30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@titan-grade.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We offer free exchanges on all orders within the US. Simply contact us and we will arrange the swap.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@titan-grade.com with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement — no return required.

- Items purchased during final sale promotions
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds for international orders exclude original shipping fees.
